Hello Ms. Saylor. Thank you for taking the time to give us a rating. They go a long way toward helping other potential shoppers decide whether or not they will come to our store. Written reviews are also very helpful, but sometimes when they're vague or non-specific they're less helpful. When you write the word "pricey" it helps to give an example so the potential customers will be able to make a more informed decision. For instance you might write that you feel a pair of "Silver" jeans priced at $15 compared to their retail price of $80 - $100 is more than you would like to pay. Or that a sofa set retailing for $4200 priced at $1290 is more expensive that you budget will allow. Please keep in mind that items we display are not donated, we share a portion of the sale price with owner who consigned them. We realize there is always room for improvement and we are constantly evaluating our pricing structure and comparing that with other consignment businesses as well as retail to try and offer the best service for both our consignors and our customers.
